3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third party payment platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. Beorns Co does not directly handle or store your payment information.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased product(s) via download link.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase (for example, a corrupted file or broken download link), please contact us at beornsco@proton.me and we will resolve it promptly.
